Island Runner 31 Deep-V Center Console

The Island Runner 31 provides big-boat features in a compact, economical performance package. The Island Runner 31 is nimble and sporty, yet seaworthy enough for tough offshore conditions. The deep-v hull with full-length lifting strakes and reverse chines provides the ride, comfort, economy and performance this boat is known for. The 31 is an all-around performer that provides great value and pride in ownership.

Craftsmanship

Each Island Runner is built with a solid foam core construction using 100% hand-laid knitted fiberglass. Vacuum bagged Core-Cell™ composite and lamination give the 31 its unsurpassed strength and dependability. The hull is completely wood-free and has a three-piece configuration with a fully molded inner liner.

Island Runner uses a Cook Isothalic fade and blister-resistant gelcoat and high quality vinylester resins to assure the longest life and finish of the hull. Each boat is backed by our 10-year hull warranty.

Deck & Cockpit

The 31 comes with an extensive list of amenities to satisfy any angler, diver or serious boater. The spacious aft cockpit has a transom door located to the starboard side of the 50-gallon transom-mounted livewell, with a bait-prep sink to the port. Additional livewells are available in the rocket launcher. The console is designed to be the ultimate command center, with wrap-around windscreen, plenty of dash space for flush-mounted electronics, ergonomically-designed helm area with easy, protected access to all switches and accessories. Molded-in footrests and flexible control mounting locations minimize driver fatigue. On the front of the console is a fully-insulated day cooler. Inside the console, with nearly six feet of headroom, are the head, shower and sink. Unobstructed access to the back of the dash and electronics is provided. The foredeck has a large dry storage box in front of the console. The forward portion of the deck includes an insulated storage box to starboard, and a deep storage box to port. Each 31 has an integral engine bracket placed at the optimum height for maximum stability and performance. Bolt on a pair of Mercury's new Verado 200 four-cylinder four-strokes and you will truly be amazed. The power, performance, agility and mileage are unmatched for a boat of this size.

You get the quietness of four-strokes and Mercury's DTS (digital throttle and shift) and power steering, making this package a pleasure to drive. Try 2.4 mpg at a 35 mph cruise and a top speed of 55 mph!
